Delta Quad is a specialized remesh addon, aimed at hard-surface modeling. It does not remesh dense meshes. Instead, it can split big flat polygons (common in hard-surface workflows) into smaller quad surfaces.
Beta Quad VS Delta Quad
Delta Quad is created by the same developer as Beta Quad. Delta Quad is the newer of the two. However, Beta Quad is still available for sale. The reason is that while the two tools have a similar goal, they produce slightly different topology.
Many users find that Beta Quad creates a more appealing quad layout. Delta Quad offers more precision and works better with n-gons.
