Fauna Master Pro is a crowd simulation add-on focused on simulating animal behavior in Blender. This add-on helps you easily populate your scene with birds flying in the sky, insects crawling on the ground, land animal herds, and fish in water scenes.

Bird Simulation
For birds, Fauna Master Pro offers three modes.
The simple Flock Mode allows you to add birds flying high in the sky. The flock simulation is lightweight and performant, making it ideal for adding distant birds to exterior shots.
Idle Birds is another simple preset that creates a group of birds standing in your scene and performing a basic idle animation. This mode can also be used to add background birds to your scenes.
Simulation is the most complex mode. It creates birds that can walk on a predefined ground plane, but can also take flight under certain conditions. The birds can follow a target and interact with obstacles in the scene. This behavior is based on Geometry Nodes using Simulation Nodes.
Insect Simulation
Insects also have two distinct modes.
Clump is the simpler of the two. It adds a swarm of flying insects (butterflies, moths, etc.) within an imaginary spherical domain.
Simulation mode is similar to the Simulation mode in the Birds section, but the behavior is more insect-like. You can choose between crawling bugs, flying bugs, or a combination of both.
Land Animal Simulation
Land animals have an Idle mode similar to birds. In addition, they also have a Walk/Run mode, which helps you spawn a group of various animals in your scene with natural-looking movement.
Fish Simulation
Fish only come with a single Simulation mode. This mode creates schools of fish swimming in natural patterns.

Overall, Fauna Master Pro is a high-value add-on with a lot to offer.
The included 3D models alone are well worth the price of the add-on, but on top of that, it also provides animal animations and simulation features.
The simulations tend to be quite convincing. However, it’s important to note that not all results will look perfect at the press of a button. The simulations are based on simplified Geometry Nodes rules (rather than truly simulating real animal behavior), so they may occasionally break or produce somewhat unnatural behavior. The add-on offers tools to correct the most common issues, but some manual tweaking may be necessary to achieve the desired result.
