Ultimate Basemesh Collection is a set of 82 3D Models ranging from human to animals and even some mythical creatures and cartoony models.
Individual packs: on the creator’s Super Hive page, you’ll also find the individuals smaller 3D model packs that comprise this collection. So if you only need human, or only wild animals, or only domestic animals, etc. you can get those at a lower price.
The models have clean topology. This can be verified in this Sketchfab example (not downloadable). Press “i” to bring up the Model Inspector, then choose a wireframe color to see the topology.
